  8.         REVELATION is a verse-by-verse study of the final book of the Bible,
  9. sometimes called the Apocalypse.  The program requires Hercules graphics or 
  10. better.  The program will run from disk but the speed is better if you run it 
  11. from a sub-directory on your hard drive.  
  12.  
  13.         The author makes NO warranties, express or implied, as to the quality 
  14. or performance of REVELATION.  The author will NOT be held liable for any 
  15. direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use 
  16. of this program.  Your use indicates your agreement to this disclaimer and 
  17. your release of the author from any form of liability or litigation.

  19.         To begin, change into the sub-directory where you have loaded the 
  20. program.  If you run it from a floppy disk, change to the drive where you have 
  21. your disk.  Type

  25. As each screen comes up, select from the menu at the bottom, normally 
  26.  
  27. HELP            PAGEBACK              CONTINUE              QUIT

  29. Use the arrow keys to choose your selection.  Black text on a grey background 
  30. indicates a hypertext button.  Move to the button using your mouse or arrow 
  31. keys.  Press ENTER.  To exit a hypertext box, press ENTER again.  You may also 
  32. press the left or right button on your mouse.  If no menu appears, there is 
  33. more to the screen.  Press the ENTER key to bring up the rest.

  35.         Have your Bible, a pen, and paper as you work through REVELATION. 
  36. The comments are on the Authorized Version of the Bible.  Retranslations of 
  37. words and phrases are the author's own.  Take time to work through the 
  38. comments.  Jot down new information and areas to explore.  Reflect on the text 
  39. and its explanation.  Meditation is almost a lost art, but it is still a 
  40. biblical command.

  42.         Certain conventions help in the study.  Transliterated Greek words and 
  43. phrases are in yellow.  Devotional thoughts and preaching points are in green.  
  44. Hypertext comments are in black text on a cyan background.  Practical 
  45. applications are in white text on a magenta background.

  47. DISTRIBUTION POLICY
  48.  
  49.         REVELATION is shareware.  Individuals, BBS's, and Shareware 
  50. Vendors may freely distribute it.  Because of the inconsistency, I am denying 
  51. the right to distribute the program to any Vendor who also distributes X-Rated 
  52. programs or graphics. 
  53.         Although there is no registration to the program, this does not give
  54. you the right to change the program.  The material in the program may not be 
  55. rewritten and the program must be distributed as a whole, with no files 
  56. omitted.  Specifically, the eight compiled files must be includes (REV0.BIN, 
  57. REV1.BIN, REV2.BIN, REV3.BIN REV4.BIN, REV5.BIN, REV6.BIN, and REV7.BIN).  
  58. Without the other REV.* files and TWTEACH.EXE, the program will not run.

  60.         REVELATION is distributed by SHAREWARE SOURCE, a ministry to home-
  61. schooling parents.  We screen more than a thousand programs each year.  We 
  62. look for wholesome games, helpful utilities, and educational programs that 
  63. families can use in training their children.  We publish one catalog each year 
  64. in April.  We also send listings of new programs to customers.  Prices are 
  65. low, currently $2.00/disk.  Besides attending conventions for home schooling

  70.         REVELATION was created with Tutorial Writer, v. 2.1.  This is an 
  71. excellent aid to the writing of tutorials.  It allows the use of hypertext, 
  72. sound, and setting the background and text colors.  It also allows flashing
